Crystal Sims is an Instructional Designer in the Center for Teaching and learning at Sacramento State. She works with faculty to increase engagement & accessibility in the classroom & online. Crystal designs and facilitates workshops, advises on including universal design & accessibility for all students. She enjoys collaborating with faculty for innovative ways in which to engage students, creating equity within the classroom, building inclusive learning environments, exploring alternative options for formative and summative assessments, & designing for teaching presence in eLearning.
