The emergence of Covid-19 has presented an opportune time to reconsider the academic technology offerings at Sacramento State, specially what are the essential elements of that baseline, how do we remain nimble in the face of seismic change, and how do we plan to more effectively support teaching and learning after the virus has subsided. This presentation will engage the audience along these themes, leveraging the broad expertise of DETCHE attendees to help the core academic technology group develop a near-term roadmap for academic technology in order to support the campus teaching and learning needs. This presentation will share and gain insights on what are today's mission-critical technology systems at Sacramento State and similar institutions, what is missing in our offerings?
