UCSF instructional designers, curriculum coordinators, and other educational partners from different schools ramped up an informal community of practice working group to support remote teaching and faculty development across campus during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Topics include:
Establishing an inter-campus working group - disseminating information, sharing resources
Faculty knowledge and skills - meeting people where they are
Expanded roles - course assistant and moderators
Developmental workshops - managing the digital classroom
Remote teaching toolkit - pre-recording lectures, engaging zoom sessions, LMS course design
