Like many campuses responding rapidly to the pandemic, UC Irvine's educational technology community employed a continually evolving and agile approach to moving thousands of classes online in a matter of days. This presentation gives an overview of how multiple cross-functional teams pulled together to overcome incomplete and shifting information to manage online winter quarter finals as we went into lockdown, and how we prepared for a suddenly remote spring quarter over spring break, all while completing the move to a new LMS. In building out all aspects of educational continuity for our campus, partnerships were solidified, offerings were expanded, and the spotlight on educational technology provided a springboard for conversations about ed tech's key role within our academic mission.
