Kevin has over 15 years of experience in academic technology at UC Berkeley across a broad range of areas including technical operations, project management, service management, and change management/business continuity. He started the role of managing the instructional technology services team, which includes the instructional support help desk, at peak chaos of mid-July to plan for the start of Fall semester in mid-August.
